Lekkernassûh market offers a variety of freshly baked loaves of bread each Wednesday by the Volkskeuken. Did you ever wonder what makes our bread so delicious? Here are the ingredients of our wheat-rye, spelt and muesli bread.
WHEAT-RYE BREAD

- nut mix (an alternating mix of hazelnuts, brazil nuts and walnuts)
- sea salt
SPELT BREAD
- whole-grain spelt flour
- sourdough

MUESLI BREAD
- whole wheat flour
- oat flakes
- raisins
- apricots
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- nut mix (an alternating mix of hazelnuts, brazil nuts and walnuts)
