We merken dat het mooie weer invloed heeft op het ophaalgedrag van ons als deelnemers van Lekkernassûh. Of misschien is die zonnige zondagavondzon een belemmering om bestelstatus op tijd te pauzeren.
Dat mensen bestelde pakket niet komen ophalen gebeurt regelmatig. We houden er rekening mee, maar vinden het jammer, want we kopen de pakketten voor alle deelnemers die op actief staan. We houden groenten over en een deel moeten we dan bewaren (kwaliteit gaat achteruit), een deel kunnen we alsnog verkopen aan restaurants (kost moeite en tijd) en soms geven we een deel weg (kost Euro’s)..
Maar als steeds meer mensen op ACTIEF staan en dan toch niet komen, wordt het langzaam steeds moeilijker voor ons om de juiste hoeveelheid groenten in te kopen. Daarom vragen we je om a.j.b. je profiel op PAUZE te zetten als je er niet bent om je pakket op te halen. Als het je niet lukt het pakket op te halen, is het uiteraard mogelijk om je bestelde pakket op te laten halen door iemand anders. Durf je buren te vragen, er is zelfs een Facebookgroep voor!

Als je op woensdag een pakket wilt afhalen, dan moet je abonnement vóór zondagavond 20:00 uur op ACTIEF staan. En als je woensdag geen pakket wil, dan moet je abonnement vóór zondagavond 20:00 uur op PAUZE staan. Bedankt daarvoor!

We notice that the beautiful weather influences the picking-up behaviour of us as participants of Lekkernassûh. Or maybe that sunny Sunday evening sun is a hindrance to pause the order status of your weekly package.
People often fail to pick up ordered packages. We take this into account, but think it’s a shame, because we buy the packages for all participants who are active. We are left with vegetables and we have to keep part of it (going bad), part we can still sell to restaurants (it takes effort and time) and sometimes we give part away (costs Euros)..
But if more and more people are on ACTIVE and then don’t come, it slowly becomes more and more difficult for us to buy the right amount of vegetables. That is why we ask you to please put your profile on PAUSE when you are not there to pick up your package. If you are unable to pick up the package, it is of course possible to have your ordered package picked up by someone else. Dare to ask your neighbours, there’s even a Facebook group for it!
